The program is designed to fill scheduling gaps, daily functional vacancies and long-term needs across our hospitals and clinics all while improving the experience for nurses and team members alike.

Who is eligible?

Nurses and allied health professionals with two or more years of experience in their current practicing specialty who are willing to travel to multiple FMOL Health locations. (Positions are PRN status.)
What types of roles are available?
Flex Choice includes opportunities in:
- Nursing and Nursing Support: RN, LPN, CNA, MA, Surgical Tech, Sitter, Emergency Service Tech
- Allied Health: Sterile Processing Technician, Respiratory Therapist (Radiology and Laboratory roles coming soon)
- Non-Clinical: Patient Access Representatives coming soon
What are my travel options?
You can choose from three levels of commitment:
- Commitment 1 – Travel up to 2 locations (dependent on market)
- Commitment 2 – Travel up to 4 locations
- Commitment 3 – Travel 50+ miles from home address
Are hospital or unit-based float pools going away?

No. If you’re part of a hospital or unit-based pool, you can remain in your position. Flex Choice IRP is simply another option for PRN staff seeking more flexibility and opportunity.
